Those qualified in category A are ; Masters degree/First degree /HND holders in Engineering, Science, Social Science, Environmental, Health and Management Disciplines.

Category B are OND/NCE holders in relevant disciplines while those in category C are SSCE holders with minimum of 5 credits in not more than 2 sittings and undergraduates for appreciation course.
Special category is for working class persons intending to update their knowledge and skills to pursue careers in the sectors listed.
